An historic antique French silver bracelet with later clasp and articulated delicate filigree panels each embellished with fleur de lys, the symbol of the kings of France, and totemic animals of sovereigns celebrating the two Franco Brittany alliances whereby Brittany was reattached to France.

The totemic animals featured are the ermine of Anne de Bretagne, the epic boar of Louis X11, her husband, the swan pierced with an arrow of Claude of France (her daughter) and the salamander of Francois 1st (husband of Claude of France).
